Beast Mode: How To Get More Things Done And Get The Life You Want.
You know Elon Musk, Right?
The richest guy in the world and the CEO of Tesla.
If you don’t know him for that, I am sure you heard that he bought Twitter, my favorite social media app.
He is also the guy who has inspired me the most with everything he is doing for humanity with his companies.
Tesla is best known for its electric cars, which are four models.
The four models make up Tesla’s S3XY lineup.
These models are:
- Model S
- Model 3
- Model X
- Model Y
Of all these models, Model S Plaid has three drive modes which include Chill Mode, Sport Mode, and Plaid Mode.
These drive modes enable Model S Plaid to have the quickest acceleration of any vehicle in production.
Chill mode limits acceleration for a slightly smoother and gentler ride.
Sport Mode provides the normal level of acceleration.
Plaid Mode provides access to the maximum level of acceleration immediately available.
Plaid Mode enables the Tesla Model S Plaid to go from 0 to 60 meters per hour in 1.99s, making it have the quickest acceleration of any vehicle in production.
Just like Tesla Model S Plaid has three modes when it comes to acceleration, I have two modes when it comes to productivity.
These modes are comfort mode and Beast Mode.
Comfort Mode is the mode when my level of productivity is at a low level, while Beast Mode is when my productivity is at a high level.
Understanding Beast Mode
Beast mode can be explained as having extended periods of focus time where you focus on things that are important to you.
For example, your Beast Mode could be coding, writing, or working out for one hour each day.
You need to set your time frame for Beast Mode where you can have a 7-day of Beast Mode or 21 days, 30 days, or even 6 months of Beast Mode.
What matters is doing it sustainably so that you don’t get burnout.
The best thing you can do is to have a routine because a routine will give you a clear road map on when to work and when to take breaks.
When you decide to go on Beast Mode, you need at least three sets of non-negotiables.
Starting this new month, I am planning to go on Beast Mode, and my non-negotiables would be:
- Waking up early
- Exercising every day.
- No alcohol or weed.
After setting down the non-negotiables, then you can add other variables.
For me, my other variables would be:
- Client outreach.
- Creating content.
- Saving money.
- Praying and reflecting.
To ensure that your Beast Mode runs smoothly, you need to write down your Beast Mode routine on paper, whiteboard, or Notion.
Notion is a project management and note-taking software designed to help you coordinate deadlines, objectives, and assignments for efficiency and productivity.
I use Notion to organize my life and get more productive, as shown below.
Below is a screenshot of how I have used Notion to create my Beast Mode routine.
Feel free to use my Daily Routine template to create your perfect Beast Mode Routine.
Once you have created your Beast Mode routine, look at it every day in the morning and at the end of each day to track how many days you have accomplished.
Aim for 21 days in your first cycle of the Beast Mode Routine.
How I Have Applied Beast Mode In My Life
If you don’t know, I dropped out of the School of Engineering and decided to get into tech by learning how to code.
Learning how to code was intimidating and overwhelming because coding has a steep learning curve.
Just like any high-income skill, you need to stick to it for some time to succeed.
To truly understand coding, you must learn programming basics and build some projects.
To master coding skills, you have to invest a lot of time in learning coding concepts and build projects.
Beast Mode then becomes your best friend if you want to master any high-income skill so that you can be able to use the skill to make money online or get a job.
So far, I have used Beast Mode to acquire skills such as:
- Personal branding
- Content creation
- Marketing and sales
All these skills have helped me make over $2,000 online through Technical Writing, a combination of writing and coding skills.
Also, using these skills, I have built an audience of almost 18K followers on Twitter.
It has taken me almost four years to acquire these skills because I was doing a try-and-error method.
I believe I could have acquired all these skills faster if I had someone to guide me, mentor me, and provide me with the needed needed resources.
For that reason, I am giving you a chance to join my mentorship program,, where I will provide you with guidance and resources on how to acquire high-income skills and make money online.
In this program, we will cover:
- Technical writing
- Content creation
- Audience building
- Personal Branding
